Email Submissions, Internet Reservations, Voice messages and Text messages received after hours will be addressed during the next business day. During After Hours, we periodically check voice and text messages ONLY. If you have an urgent requests, we will address it as soon as we are able.
Booking Reservations:
Please call / text our office, email or fill out an Internet form to request your reservation. Please also note, your Pet Sitter cannot book future reservations or accept changes to any current pet sitting assignments. In the event you book a reservation with one of your Pet Sitter, outside the normal scope of business and/or without our knowledge, Sitting Comfortably will immediately release its responsibility legally (i.e. insurance and bonding) and for the general care of your home and pet(s).

Contacting Your Pet Sitter:
For liability purposes, we do not distribute our Team Member's personal contact information. If you have any last minute questions, comments, or concerns regarding your visit, please feel free to call our office at 816-739-8511. We will gladly assist you and forward along any messages to your sitter.
Schedule Early:
It's always busy season for us and our schedules book up pretty quickly. If you know the dates or approximate dates you want to schedule services, DO NOT DELAY…BOOK YOUR VISIT(s) TODAY!! The sooner the better!
For your convenience, Reservations are not "tentatively" scheduled. They are reserved until we hear otherwise from you. We simply ask that you remain mindful of our Emergency Visit, Cancellation, and/or Service/Date Change policy.
The fastest way to book a reservation and get a final confirmation, is to fill out an Internet Form. If you have not received any correspondence from us within 48 hours, please call our mobile office at 816-739-8511. Host servers are not always 100% reliable.
